The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries by Dahl&Krohn.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

We accept all card types offered by Visa and Mastercard: Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard Debit, Mastercard Credit and Maestro. No extra fees are added for credit card payments.

It is also possible to pay through your PayPal account or by credit card via PayPal. You will automatically be forwarded to PayPal when you complete your order, and you do not need a PayPal account to shop in our web shop. All you need is a valid email address and a valid credit card.

All prices at dahlkrohn.com are in DKK incl. 25% taxes. After completion of your order the charge will not be withdrawn from your bank account until your purchase has been shipped from Dahl&Krohn.

 

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER AND INVOICE

As soon as your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail. This e-mail will contain information about your purchase and a reference number, which you are kindly asked to refer to in case you need to get in contact with us. You will receive an invoice with your purchase upon delivery.

 

DELIVERY

Our aim is to deliver your order within 2-5 working for domestic deliveries and 3-7 working days for deliveries within Europe unless specified otherwise. Occasionally longer deliveries might occur as a result of holiday seasons or insufficient consignments from our supplier. Insofar this is the case you will always be notified via the email address that you provided with your order.

Your product is always shipped with Post Danmark. If your product is shipped as a parcel and you are not at your address at the time of delivery you will receive a parcel-label from Post Danmark and can pick up the product at your local post office.

All posters are delivered unframed unless stated otherwise in the product description. A4 posters are delivered in solid quality envelopes and all poster sizes exceeding A4 are delivered in cardboard cylinder boxes. Should anything unexpectedly have happened to your product during the time of delivery kindly address us as soon as possible after receipt via info@dahlkrohn.com

 

DELIVERY ABROAD

We deliver posters to all parts of the world. A fixed amount is added for shipping. The exact amount will appear prior to payment.

 

RIGHT TO RECLAIM

Your purchase is comprehend by the Danish købelov (sales law), and you have the right to reclaim for 2 years. Insofar you have received a wrong or damaged product you must reclaim within reasonable time after establishing the flaws and deficiencies of your product. A reclaim within 2 months is considered timely. All reclaims should be sent to info@dahlkrohn.com

You can also use your right to reclaim by returning your purchase with a thorough description of its flaws and deficiencies. In that case we kindly ask you to note that it is not possible to physically show up at our address without a scheduled and confirmed agreement, since the premises are empty during the day. We will of course cover all shipping costs insofar it is necessary for you to return a wrong or damaged product. We reserve our right to rectify deficiencies/replace your product with an undamaged product instead of full reimbursement.

If you merely wish to return specific products of your purchase and not the entire order please send us an email and we will facilitate the return.

RETURN POLICY

Dahl&Krohn offers 14 days right of return applicable from the day of product arrival. To use your right of return you must notify us no later than 14 days after receipt of your product.

Kindly attach the receipt of your order or a copy of this.  

When the returned product has been received by Dahl&Krohn and it has been established that all guidelines for returns have been followed, we will reimburse the full amount of your purchase to the bank account from which the purchase was made. The full reimbursement will happen no later than14 days after your notification to Dahl&Krohn. Insofar your returned product has not arrived at this time we will ask you to provide confirmation for the shipment of your order.

When returning your product it is your responsibility that the product has been reasonably packaged since the parcel is your responsibility up until its arrival at Dahl&Krohn. Therefore it is a good idea to save the receipt from the post office as well as the track and trace number of your parcel.

You are responsible for the return costs. We expect you to ship the product shortly after notifying us about your wish to return, and you must return the product no later than 14 days after notifying us. This means that the product must be back at our premises no later than 30 days after you initially received the product.

The condition of the product upon return

You are liable for any deterioration of the product caused by any unnecessary handling of the product beyond determining its nature, quality and functionality. In other words – you can test the product to the same extent as in a physical store.

If the product has been tested beyond what has been described above we consider it used, which means that you upon return should only expect a reimbursement of some or none of the total amount of the product, depending on its value.

That is, in order to be eligible for a full reimbursement you must behave similar to costumers in a physical store; namely that you can look at and test the product but not bring it into use per se.

 

SECURITY

All exchanged data between you and our payment system happens through an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. Your contact information is treated confidentially and is not forwarded to third parties.

 

PAPER AND COLOUR CALIBRATION

All posters are printed by professional printing houses on quality paper for that purpose. It should be emphasised that we cooperate with different printing houses wherefore printing techniques and the thickness of the paper might vary from product to product. As a result, variation in the produced formats in regards to the thickness of the paper, sharpness of the motives as well as colour calibration might occur.

Furthermore, it should be mentioned that we cannot guarantee that the colours of the screen display reflect the exact colours of the physical product. We nonetheless always guarantee a high quality of our product and we always print on quality paper selected specifically for this purpose.
